Iced Coffee

In the summertime, I prefer to drink iced coffee and my mornings have improved dramatically (and my trips to Starbucks have decreased) since I perfected my at-home iced coffee preparation. This isn't a recipe and it certainly isn't creative, but it has revolutionized my coffee-drinking. First, I brew a pot of coffee. I fill an ice cube tray with the coffee and freeze the tray until I have frozen coffee cubes. Second, I chill the remaining coffee in the refrigerator. Whenever I want an iced coffee, I just combine the chilled coffee and the frozen coffee cubes with milk!

One more thing... my favorite cup in which to take iced coffee to go is this.

Couldn't agree more- iced coffee is one of my favorite things about summer! I like to just mix up grounds with cold water in my French press, let it sit in the fridge overnight, and voila! Better than Starbucks for a fraction of the price!
